As a longtime school board member and former business executive with 20 years of leadership experience, I understand how challenging it can be to make consequential decisions, especially when the pressure is real, the path forward is unclear, and there’s no perfect playbook.

I helped grow a one-store wireless business into a successful nine-location operation, and I’ve served on school boards in both large and small districts, navigating everything from crisis recovery to long-term strategy. That experience gave me a well-rounded, real-world understanding of leadership in both the public and private sectors.

Today, I use that perspective to help education, nonprofit, and business leaders strengthen leadership, improve how work gets done, and stay true to the people they serve.
